She speaks about "Made in Germany". Without double-checking the stuff I remember, it was a label that got implemented as the UK forced other countries to do so. They intended to get rid of the other products, like "oh that is from Germany, no I don't want to buy it, I will buy one from our country." But the products where so good, it became a label of quality and everyone looked for it.

I don't know what she said next, but I assume that it was critique about the downfall of our education system, that the people and products are getting dumber and we need to fix it.
