The wheels on the Cloward Piven strategy bus are falling off. Democratic lawmakers, led by Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen, are gleefully ignoring the will of the voters by traveling to El Salvador to advocate for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported Salvadoran national with documented MS-13 gang affiliation. While DHS reports from 2019 identify Garcia as an MS-13 “Chequeo” in the “Westerns” clique. Van Hollen was denied access to Garcia at El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, while House Democrats, pushed for a congressional delegation to investigate Garcia's March 2025 deportation, which they called an “administrative error.” Patty Morin, whose daughter was murdered by an illegal immigrant, condemned Democrats for prioritizing a potential gang member over American victims, especially amid recent violent crimes linked to MS-13 in Maryland. Garcia’s case centers on a 2019 Maryland immigration judge’s “withholding of removal” order, granting him protection from deportation due to fears of gang persecution in El Salvador. Now upheld by the Supreme Court in April 2025, The Trump administration admits the deportation was an “error” but insists Garcia’s alleged gang ties justify his detention. The Democrats’ have lost the script. These same people flying to El Salvador on the taxpayer's dime to free a citizen of another Country with MS13 gang ties while ignoring devastated freezing Americans caused by Hurricane Helene in September 2024. Or the due process of January 6th defendants. Are these fools even aware of the wake of pain MS13 has left in its path? A 2018 Center for Immigration Studies report claimed MS-13 was linked to 207 murders in the U.S. from 2012 to 2018. Newsday reported in 2019 that MS-13 was linked to at least 52 deaths on Long Island, New York. Garcia should be an example, but not for due process, Garcia should be an example that if you are here illegally and you harbor the potential to take out U.S. citizens, then take a hike. And there are plenty more Kilmar Abrego Garcia's where that one came from.
