GTA: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition | Mission #77: INTENSIVE CARE

CJ visits Ken Rosenberg at Caligula’s Palace and finds him spiraling into paranoia. Ken reveals he’s acting as a neutral party between the Liberty City Mafia families who co-own the casino. With the Sindaccos, Forellis, and Leone family all involved, tensions are sky-high. The recent hospitalization of Johnny Sindacco—due to a shock-induced coma (caused by CJ’s own previous actions) has only made things worse. Ken fears the Forellis will try to kill Johnny while he's vulnerable, and if a hit occurs under his watch, he'll be the one blamed. CJ agrees to intervene.

CJ heads to Las Venturas Hospital, but upon arrival learns that an ambulance has already picked up Johnny. Suspecting foul play, CJ sets out to find the right vehicle. After checking a few decoy ambulances, he identifies the correct one—hijacked by Forelli hitmen. CJ chases them down, eliminates the attackers, and steals the ambulance with Johnny still inside, unconscious. He then drives Johnny to the Sindacco Abattoir, delivering him safely to his people. Though he’s saved Johnny’s life, CJ knows that if Johnny ever regains consciousness and remembers who terrified him in the first place, it could lead to serious trouble…
