When Did Courts Change?

When did the courts change? In 1990.
How do I know? I've been getting tickets since like 1985.

My father was a cop.
He told me how to handle tickets.

It used to be, that you went to a criminal courthouse.
You took a plea, paid a small fine, got like a 90 day probation.

Life moved on.

Then about 1987, the insurance companies got in on the greed and hooked up with the DMV.

Then it was converted to ADMINISTRATIVE.

Oh, now you get points added to your license, and your insurance rates increase!

How can they do this?
Enter the 1990 Judicial Improvements Act.

It didn't pass, but it began a new level of Legal Fockery and parts of it got snuck in under other Acts.

Like the "Administrative Unified Court System", a system where the administrative functions of the court system are consolidated and managed by a single entity, typically an office or agency, rather than being distributed across various courts.

Where is the JURISDICTION in that?
