This is how SLUMLORDS & Those they employ to do their dirty work, treat Disabled, Senior, Veterans!
This outrageous exaggeration of utility meter readings was done to STEAL my "refund", and will now prevent me from financing a better place to live, putting me out on the streets, until June, when I hopefully will be able to finance move to a place that does NOT have PREDATORS working for the owner, hopefully I will find a place amongst like minded individuals walking in the "Way, Truth & Life of Christ...🙏
