Swan Boat Club Tragedy: MI v Marshella Chidester — Day 4

The state has rested. We will hear the defense's case today. What will they attempt to prove? Will it be that Marshella had a seizure while driving? Or have they abandoned that defense and will try to argue that her blood was not stored correctly after it was drawn at the hospital? The blood draw took place about 3 1/2 hours AFTER the accident and showed Marshella to have a blood alcohol content of around 0.18.

Marshella's role in this tragic accident that claimed the lives of a brother and sister and injured many others.
