Establishment Moves to Dilute MAGA in Georgia's 9th District

At the 9th district GOP convention, Hall County introduced a Democrat-leaning Republican faction, aligning with Josh McKoon’s strategy to weaken MAGA influence. McKoon, celebrated by the AJC, who conceals a 9-page NDA controlling candidates and delegate dominance. The 9th, once a Republican powerhouse that secured Trump’s Georgia win, now has Stephen Aaron as chair, who omitted Trump in his speech. Cooper Whitmire and Turning Point USA, backed by VFAF.us, supported Aaron and campaigned against MAGA candidates like Richard Jordan (7th) and David Oles (11th). Debbie Dooley endorsed Aaron and Jason Thompson, signaling a broader plan to erase grassroots and 2020 election narratives. With 70% of Trump’s 2022 primary votes from North Georgia, the establishment, fearing losses in Senate and gubernatorial races, aims to suppress MAGA by installing figures like Aaron.

Georgia has to erase 2020. There is a plan to erase the grassroots. Trump endorsed a lot of people in 2022 and he did not win. Trump endorsed candidates in the primary election in 2022 about 325,000 votes came from about 70% from North Georgia. You think they forgot those numbers. Trump won GA, the RNC came in and paid for everything and other organizations helped pay for everything. If Brian Kemp doesn’t run for Senate and they lose the senate and governor seat. They had to squash the MAGA voter block by getting a guy like Stephen Aaron in the 9th district.
