Steak, Bell Peppers and Gravy

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs steak*
2 bell peppers, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce

Directions
Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat, and cook steak to desired doness. Remove and let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Add more oil to the pan along with bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Season with salt and cook for 4 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Stir in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worchester sauce.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let simmer until thickened. Season with more salt and pepper if needed. Stir in steak slices and remove from heat.
