There are many teachings about husband-wife relationships in the Hebrew Israelite community, but do they line up with Christ according to the Scriptures? Is it OK for a man living according to Christ to treat his wife like a second class citizen? Should the wife study the Bible on her own in addition to with her husband to gain understanding? Can the wife correct the husband using the Scriptures if need be?
