Carrot Cake Scones with Sourdough Discard | Spring into Sourdough Series

I combined and adapted two different recipes to make these, and I’ll walk you through everything I did—what worked, what I’d tweak (maybe one egg too many!), and how you can adjust things to suit your own taste.
