Royal have not delivered our leaflets - this is election interference BY the ROYAL mail.

I am writing on behalf of our campaign team to express serious concerns regarding the non-delivery of our election leaflets to supporters and assentors in our constituency. We have received multiple complaints from our supporters, including those who signed our nomination papers as assentors, confirming that they have not received our leaflets, despite leaflets from other political parties being delivered by Royal Mail. This discrepancy raises significant concerns about potential interference in the democratic process, and we intend to pursue an official complaint of election interference.

Our campaign primarily represents retired individuals, disabled persons, and those adversely affected by mainstream political parties. Our leaflets, funded by local residents facing financial hardship, are critical for communicating our message. The failure to deliver these materials undermines the democratic rights of our supporters and constitutes an unfair and potentially illegal act. We firmly believe that neither individual postal workers nor postal unions have the authority to obstruct the delivery of election materials, which is essential to the integrity of the electoral process.

We request the following:
A detailed explanation of why our leaflets have not been delivered, including any specific issues related to Royal Mail’s Door to Door service or other delivery processes.
The formal complaints procedure for addressing delivery failures, particularly in the context of election materials.
Confirmation of how Royal Mail ensures compliance with its universal service obligation to deliver election leaflets impartially.
We wish to inform you that we have secured £5,000 to pursue legal action through an election court following the election period, should this matter remain unresolved. Non-delivery of election materials may constitute both a criminal and civil offence under electoral law, as it risks influencing the outcome of the election. We are prepared to issue a writ against Royal Mail for election interference if necessary.
Please provide a response within seven working days, including the requested information and any steps Royal Mail will take to rectify this issue.
