Last Chance to get My Difficult Dog signed and numbered 1st edition!

Final proof of My Difficult Dog delivered and it looks great! We will read through it and discuss where to go from here. Should I 1) promote the book everywhere I can; 2) promote the book only on a couple of select webcasts; 3) skip the whole promo thing; 4) drop the whole book thing; quit streaming entirely.
