Predator (1987), directed by John McTiernan, is a seminal sci-fi action horror film that follows Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and his elite team of commandos on a rescue mission in a Central American jungle, only to be hunted by a technologically advanced extraterrestrial, the Predator (Kevin Peter Hall).
