TV’s Top Chef comes to TC

A Detroit Chef who was featured on Bravo TV’s Top Chef is leaving the Motor City and bringing her culinary skills to Traverse City. Sarah Welch, decided to resign from her restaurant and start a new business with her husband up north. The focus of the restaurant will be on seafood, including caviar and oysters.
