Catherine Fitts: The underground base and the city infrastructure and transportation system that has been built and...
Tucker Carlson: Excuse me?
Catherine Fitts: Yes, so we have built an extraordinary number of underground bases and supposed transportation systems. Some of these are documented as part of the national security infrastructure. I believe there are many more in the United States, both within the country and around the world.

From 2021 to 2023, I took one of the smartest subscribers from the Solari Report Network, and he and I spent two years collecting all the data and all the allegations about underground bases. We systematically went through and tried to estimate—totally guessing—how many underground bases there were, both underground in the U.S. and also under the ocean around the United States. And our estimate was 170, with a transportation network connecting them.

Tucker Carlson: And what would be the purpose?
Catherine Fitts: If you thought you were going to face a near-extinction event.

Catherine Fitts, a former U.S. Department of Housing official and founder of The Solari Report, has spent years investigating the possible existence of underground bases and cities in the United States and other countries, linked to secret government programs and national security infrastructure. Between 2021 and 2023, she worked with one of her network’s top analysts to gather data, reports, and testimonies on these installations. Based on this research—though without conclusive evidence—they estimated that there are at least 170 underground bases, many of them connected by advanced transportation systems, some even located beneath the ocean surrounding the U.S.

Fitts claims that part of this infrastructure is officially documented as components of national security, but she believes there are many more that are classified or publicly denied. According to her hypothesis, the purpose of these underground constructions could be preparation for global collapse scenarios, natural disasters, nuclear war, or near-extinction events—explaining their secretive and strategic nature.

Her work has been met with skepticism in academic and mainstream media circles but is widely cited in alternative media and among critics of the federal government. Fitts's investigation blends financial analysis, military sources, and elements of geopolitical strategy, making her approach a mix of structural corruption exposure and part of a broader narrative regarding the hidden power of the U.S. military-industrial complex.
