Milwaukee Judge Busted for Aiding & Abetting a Criminal Alien?

On April 25, 2025, the FBI arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly obstructing the arrest of an illegal immigrant by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. According to court papers, Dugan allegedly allowed Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a previously deported Mexican national, to escape through a jury door before he could be arrested by federal officials.

The arrest took place after ICE agents showed up at the Milwaukee County Courthouse to arrest Flores-Ruiz following his scheduled criminal court appearance before Judge Dugan. FBI Director Kash Patel stated that Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from Flores-Ruiz, allowing him to evade arrest.

Dugan appeared in federal court in Milwaukee on April 25 and was charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.
