Metabolic Conditioning Bodyweight Workout | 15 Minutes

This 15-minute metabolic conditioning no-repeats bodyweight workout targets strength, cardio, core, balance and coordination movements! We will move through 10 exercises for just 1 round with a short warm up to get us started and includes an even shorter stretch series to wrap up this class. NO equipment aside from a mat is needed for today's workout! Shoes are optional; there is impact so you may want to wear them to absorb shock more readily.
