It seems the Crosstown freeway has become a playground for vagrants and the associated trash, tunnel digging and infrastructure destruction. It's like a real-life version of "The Great Escape" down there. But tonight the city council votes to hand over more of your tax dollars to another non-profit led by a Jim Jones wanna-be and whose last IRS return shows them seriously in the red. This should work out well. Let's just keep throwing our hard-earned money at sketchy non-profits with questionable leadership and financial troubles.
