Temporary Heat on Building Remodel VFD to CV

Changing over IPAK's from VAV w/ BAS to CV with RZT Sensor for temporary heat during construction. All VAV's are being removed and will eventually be replaced with new VAV's. For now, we'll heat the building this way. We'll come back and change things over unless they replace the RTU's first.
