2 pounds zucchini, shredded
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4oz)
1 Cup Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2-quart round casserole. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake until the knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving 6 to 8 servings.
