Carney is one of the top leaders of the WEF, and he even wrote the book for the WEF on how to take over a country. The following statement is an excerpt from his own book he wrote "Values: Building a better world for all"
"Western society is morally rotten, and has been corrupted by capitalism. This requires rigid controls of personal freedom, industry and corporate funding. This is not a promise to make the lives of ordinary people better but temporarily worse. This will be a world or severely constrained choice, less flying, less meat, more inconvenience and temporarily more poverty" -Mark Carney

He wants to strip us of what freedoms we have left, and he want's to create a communist socialist environment
