REAL I. D. -- WILL SET YOU FREE

Beginning 07 May, 2025 the Federal Government will enforce the Real I.D. Act, which requires you possess identification in your full legal name, authenticated by your SSN to access federal facilities, commercial airlines etc. . The Act defines the full legal name as:

"Full legal name means an individual's first name, middle name(s), and last name or surname, without use of initials or nicknames."

So, why is it that the Defendant named in a Court Case uses an initial or nickname? Why is that Attorneys/ Prosecutors/ Judges use a name with an unauthorized middle initial or nickname as their identification?

Obviously the use of anything other than a full legal name identification results in a Defendant John Doe, being accused by an Esquire John Doe, in a proceeding before a John Doe impersonating as a public officer, none of which is legal.

And why is it that the IRS, VA, Social Security use "other than" your full legal name in mailings and forms affecting your person?? (I've received "official mail" using 5 different styles of name)

After 07 May, 2025 the use of any style name other than your full legal name by local, state, or federal government or the full legal name of your accuser or the government's representatives need to be challenged.
