When a loosely connected group of disgruntled liberals burst onto the scene to tackle the problem of wokeness, it seemed like a big deal. Men like Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, and Eric Weinstein found huge audiences while stressing the importance of free speech and open dialogue. But now, a decade after they made their mark, many members of the "intellectual dark web" have changed their tune and are now calling for censorship and deplatforming. Comedian Dave Smith, who has found himself a target of these deplatforming efforts, joins me to discuss.
