錯誤的飲食習慣可能會造成身體損害!台灣黃軒醫師發文,表示不良的飲食習慣可能會縮短人體壽命。另外,吃飯吃太快的人脂肪肝風險也高出81%,「用餐時間至少15至20分鐘,細嚼慢嚥才能有健康」。
黃軒指出,暴飲暴食也會引發身體損害,他指出,人們喜歡在節慶、加班、壓力下大吃大喝,此舉看似放鬆但實則可能引發急性胰臟炎,尤其是這樣的間歇性暴食,比長期高脂飲食,還更容易導致動脈粥樣硬化;建議每餐吃7分飽就好,腸胃不鬧脾氣的話,是命才會延長。
黃軒透露,有些人以為不吃早餐可以減肥,但空腹超過12個小時,大腦會啟動「饑荒警報」;午餐時吸收熱量效率直接翻倍,其實不吃早餐,不只讓你血糖不穩,還會增加肥胖、糖尿病與心臟病風險。「研究指出,不吃早餐的人,死於心血管疾病與癌症的風險顯著上升。而且,早上9點後才吃早餐的人,得到第二型糖尿病的風險更高出59%」。建議早餐時間在7時到8時間,讓身體的生理節奏,與代謝同步啟動,遠離疾病與肥胖。
另外,吃晚餐的時間也要注意,若吃得晚,身體來不及消化,熱量變成脂肪堆積。「晚上8點後吃晚餐,小心腦中風找上門!一項涵蓋日本7萬名中老年人的研究指出,晚餐不規律或過晚,腦出血風險提升44%」。建議晚餐安排在18時至20時之間,不僅對血管好,也有助睡眠品質!
