On April 30, 2025, a federal judge in Vermont ordered the release of Columbia University Palestinian student and pro-Palestine activist Mohsen Mahdawi.

Mohsen Mahdawi was "KIDNAPPED" by ICE at a sham citizenship interview on April 14, 2025.

"I am saying it clear and loud. To president Trump and his cabinet: I am not afraid of you," said Mohsen Mahdawi outside the federal courthouse after U.S. District Judge William Sessions III ordered his release.

Mohsen will remain free while his case proceeds. Donald Trump, JD Vance, Marco Rubio want to deport Mahdawi to the occupied West Bank in Palestine 🇵🇸.

While Mohsen Mahdawi is free, Mahmoud Khalil, Rumeysa Ozturk, Badar Khan Suri and other political prisoners are behind bars in the United States of America for the "crime" of speaking out against the Israel-USA HOLOCAUST against Indigenous Palestinians.

Other migrants "kidnapped" by the Donald Trump - JD Vance administration are Mexican activist Jeanette Vizguerra, Mexican activist Alfredo "Lelo" Juárez Zeferino, Venezuelan gay asylum seeker Andry José Hernández Romero and almost 300 Venezuelans that are at the CECOT concentration camp in El Salvador, Salvadoran Kilmar Abrego García, etc..
