Lorenzo Lamas' Automatic Self Defense

This 1990s era VHS cult classic cashed in on the home self defense craze, the trend of at home workouts and a renewed interest in self defense after the LA riots and the drug related crime spike of the 90s. It also cashed in on Lorenzo Lamas’ heart throb status as this type of material was marketed mostly to single women. I don’t suggest these techniques do or don’t work but they are worth seeing even if just from the historical perspective of self defense in a time in America when most people assumed they would never be able to reclaim their right to armed self defense.
