Cooking milkshake cookies and cream recipe homeschool curriculum mom school dessert

On this day, we took a 2 mile walk for our homeschool PE class. It was sunny and 85° out. My daughter thought we deserved a reward for withstanding the heat & I thought she was right!
This recipe made 2 regular size cups + enough for mom to have a little treat too.

Cookies and Cream Protein Shakes

Ingredients:
Cookies & Cream Ice Cream (this was about 8 big scoops)
2 cups milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Chocolate syrup for drizzle

Add all ingredients but the syrup in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour in cups & drizzle with chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
