Are you angry with your Mom, Dad, grandparents, spouse, ex-spouse, ex-boyfriend, girlfriend, children or siblings? Do you have any anger towards God or yourself?
(If the answer is no, congratulate the person and move on to the next. If the answer is yes, choose one of the above persons and move to step #2).

Ask them to repeat this prayer: "In the name of Jesus"…I renounce…my anger towards_______.
I have anger towards _______ because…." (Let the person repeating the prayer fill in the blank space after "because" with their own words. Encourage them to be as honest and explicit as possible. Only what is truly confessed can be released.
