Davis: Ukraine Deal Must Point To Peace And Taxpayer Payback, Not Indefinite Involvement In Ukraine

"I think what we need to do when we evaluate this deal is ask ourselves, 'does this get us closer to the war ending and peace being achieved?' which should be the number one goal. And number two, does this get us paid back?
