Don't Get Rid Of Your Nettles - Make This Soup!

I'm on a mission to get people to use their nettles instead of ripping them out and making this soup is a fantastic start! I'm sure you will stop seeing them as a nuisance weed and start seeing them as a useful crop.
To make the soup you need:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
little bit of butter
couple of potatoes
some nettles (see video for guidance on how much)
stock
salt & pepper if you want
