Installing Coffman's Thunder Exhaust on Honda Rebel 1100

I'm upgrading my Coffman's Shorty exhaust with their new Thunder model. I installed and reviewed a previous version of the Thunder, but this latest design has a straight-back profile instead of being angled slightly upward like the previous model.

This new Thunder exhaust leaves plenty of room for a taller/deeper pannier on the right side of the bike so owners can ride with symmetrical bags on their Rebels. As always, the fit and finish of this Coffman's slip-on exhaust is top-notch... they make amazing products!

The removable baffle in Coffman's new exhausts don't need to be rebuilt like previous versions. The O-ring in my Shorty exhaust was worn out and needed to be refreshed, so Wyatt Coffman sent me two rebuild kits for my older exhausts. Wyatt asked me if I'd like to try their newest Thunder that didn't need to be rebuilt, so I said, "ABSOLUTELY!"
