240528-BCC Cast grievance fiasco

Nicholas St Jon attempted to give documents to all 5 of the BCCs, handed them directly to them, CDDA Mary Kandaras unlawfully took them from all commissioners and then refused to give them back after they were given to the County Clerk. They started my timer and burned over 1 minute (stole my time) while I was trying to get the documents to the commissioners. Wouldn't reset the timer after asked twice, then threatened to remove me when I attempted to finish my prepared statement which should have taken 2:45 minutes.
