Another Federal Judge another ruling against the Trump Administration

🚨Breaking News: Federal Judge strikes down parts of President Trump's Election Integrity Executive Order. Her ruling stated the Constitution gives power to Congress and the States over Elections.
So, why hasn't the Trump administration appealed the ruling at this time? I would assume it did its job and since Congress already passed the ACT legislation and should be months from reach President Trump's desk for signature he has no reason to appeal the ruling since it wasn't ruled unconstitutional.
