The Umbrella Corporation

At the start of the Civil War, our de jure Constitutional trust ceased to be, and instead, was replaced by a corporate union under federal authority. With the non-ratification-but-congress-under-martial-law-declares-to-be-regardless ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, a membership corporation was born, where members could convey controlling interest of their estates in exchange for enfranchisement into a corporation with offer them privileges and immunities subject to the jurisdiction of federal Congress. By engineering catastrophes in the decades culminating in the bankruptcy in 1933 ushering in FDR's "New Deal", most everyone agreed to become part of this corporation in exchange for benefits. What we have now is one massive corporate tax plantation, the Umbrella Corporation, where all estates are administered as if belonging to incapacitated minors at the expense of transgressing the natural rights to property and labor. In essence, we are all tax chattel belonging to one massive corporation.
