Banberry Pudding is a no bake dessert that will definitely impress your guests!! I made this over Easter and everyone couldn’t get enough of it! I don’t know what the best part is the buttery graham cracker crust, the fresh fruit or the creamy pudding layer!

Banana Pudding

Ingredients
5.1 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy (can substitute Cool Whip)
2 sleeves graham crackers (18 sheets), finely crushed
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
8 oz bar cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 large ripe bananas, sliced
1 lb strawberries, sliced

Directions
Beat together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Increase speed to high and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.
Combine the rest of the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
Spread onto the bottom of a 9 x 13“ baking dish. Set aside in the refrigerator while working on the next layer.
Combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
Fold in the pudding.
Fold in whip cream or cool whip.
Place sliced bananas and strawberries over the graham cracker crust.
Pour over pudding mixture and smooth evenly.
Sprinkle over reserved graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set or overnight.
