There are ways of being free that brings peace, not war. When I decided to declare my independence, I wondered how to do it. That is when I remembered the Declaration of Independence that the US wrote in 1776. I read the document and found a declaration of war in it. I didn't want war, I wanted peace. So I re-wrote it to reflect my intent. I declared peace, established my own law form and forgave the Queen, seeing her as my sister. It wasn't until years later that I realized I followed one of four ways to end a feudal relationship. I refused service to the Queen in court. Remember, the Queen or King is the highest court, just as the Governor General's Privy Council. This is how we can be free without forcing our will against those who don't want to be free. Holding referendums, voting or participating with the King is an act of violence against our fellow brothers and sisters. Blockading is an act of war. I also need to remind people that peace is not passive either. I'm not sure where that idea came from, but we don't need to fight the globalist or the state. The Clarity Act states that even if a referendum were successful an unlikely outcome all 10 provinces and the federal government would still need to agree, negotiate and essentially give consent for separation to take place. This underscores the sheer futility of pursuing a path for such a referendum, as it is both unnecessary and a waste of valuable time and resources. Moreover, a separation referendum is entirely pointless because Alberta is already a sovereign nation. This is a critical and significant legal fact not being disclosed to you by those promoting Danielle Smith and a referendum. The 1931 Statute of Westminster returned all allodial title of the lands of Canada to "we the people." As a result, the provincial and federal governments lost legal title to these lands and could no longer function in any lawful or legal capacity. The passage of this statute required each province to draft and ratify its own constitution, along with the establishment of a new federal constitution of confederation. However, this never took place, meaning that we, the people, still legally own the lands known as Canada, while the de facto (unlawful) governments operating today lack any legal authority to pass Acts, Statutes, or Legislation. Furthermore, this also means that since 1931, there has been no legal ‘Crown’ in Canada. To conceal these facts and the fraud they have perpetrated, these unlawful, de facto provincial and federal "governments" (which function as corporations) continue to go to extreme lengths to keep the public unaware that "we the people" are the rightful owners of the lands formerly known as Canada. Further, a "Charter" does not legally apply to people. A "Charter" is to dictate the rules of operation for a corporate business, but it does not have any capacity for legal governance over we the people, only over the corporation itself. Calling the "Charter" a 'charter of rights' for the people is outright fraud. The corporation of 'Canada' has no authority over us, only over itself, due to the fact that the corporation lost allodial title to the lands known as 'Canada.' As a result, the corporation of 'Canada' has no legal authority over us in any capacity nor do they have authority over any thing else on these lands. This is why the definitions of Canada describe only the territorial waters but not the land because they have no allodial title to the lands. Let that sink in. The "Charter" of 1982 is nothing more than incorporation papers for the corporation so it cannot in any way be construed as a constitution to govern we the people with. The "Charter" was also never legally ratified anyway. Shouldn't a lawyer or anyone with a long history of activism for Alberta separation know these facts?
