XBOX Price Increase is sending the industry down a Dangerous Path

Xbox just increased their prices 20% on all hardware on xbox Series consoles. As well as increasing some games to $80 and increasing prices on controllers and other accessories. While the increase blames price increases on market conditions a lot of folks are directly placing blame on recent tariffs. Here we discuss the potential fallout of the decision and what it means for the industry at large. As well as if game prices can exist in 2025 with AA studios putting out high quality games at much lower budgets.
