Cha Tan's dad hasn't been able to come home for several days as he's been busy chasing a hit-and-run car that's been causing trouble every day!
One day, that very hit-and-run car appears in front of Cha Tan, kicking his soccer ball far away.
Chatan immediately teams up with Carbot Fron, who transforms into a cool police car (112), to pursue the culprit.
But when the hit-and-run car's driving skills prove to be quite formidable, Cha Tan calls in Ace and Hawk for backup...
