"Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways" - Wuthering Waves (27 April - 04 May)

The "Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways" is a weekly combat game mode in *Wuthering Waves* that resets every Monday, including the cycle from **April 27 to May 4, 2025**. This roguelite-style challenge allows you to earn valuable rewards by completing a series of combat zones, with the mode refreshing weekly to offer new opportunities. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this event during the specified week.

---

### How to Access the Mode
To participate in "Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways," you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Reach **Union Level 30**.
- Complete the prologue of **Chapter II** in the main story quest, *Through the Sea Thou Break*, which takes you to **Ragunna City** in **Rinascita**.
- Finish the side quest **Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways**, available after activating the **Resonance Nexus** in Ragunna City.

Once unlocked, you can access the mode by interacting with the gateway in Rinascita or via the "Recurring Challenges" menu for quick access.

### Gameplay Overview
In this mode, you’ll assemble a team of **three Resonators** and progress through **13 Memory Zones**. Here’s how it works:
- **Memory Zones**: Each zone grants **Metaphors** (buffs that enhance your Resonators) and **Dream Fragments** (currency).
- **Memory Zones 6 and 12**: These are rest areas where you can exchange Dream Fragments for additional Metaphors.
- **Memory Zones 7 and 13**: These are boss rooms. After defeating the bosses, you can spend **Waveplates** to claim extra rewards from **Remnant Crystals**.

Each week, specific **Dreamscape Aid Resonators** are featured, and including them in your team grants a **150% bonus to Illusive Points**. For example, in previous cycles, Resonators like Phoebe, Jinhsi, Shorekeeper, and Verina have been highlighted. Using at least one of these Resonators can help you maximize your points in a single run.

Additionally, the **Lucid Dream** mechanic is key. By filling your Dreamscape Energy gauge through combat, you can activate Lucid Dream for 10 seconds, triggering powerful buffs based on the week’s Dreamscape Aids and your chosen Metaphors.

### Rewards
The main rewards are tied to accumulating **Illusive Points**:
- You can earn up to **6,000 Illusive Points** per week by clearing Memory Zones.
- Reaching the full 6,000 points grants **160 Astrites** (equivalent to one Convene pull), along with other materials like **Sealed Tubes** and **Tuners**.
- If you include Dreamscape Aid Resonators, you can achieve the full 6,000 points in a single run. Without them, the maximum per run is 4,500 points, but points are cumulative across multiple runs.

Additionally, after defeating bosses in Memory Zones 7 and 13, you can spend **60 Waveplates** (or 120 for double rewards) to claim **Remnant Crystal** rewards, which include:
- **Unborn Echoes**: These allow you to obtain a random echo from any **Tacet Field** of your choice.
- **Premium Sealed Tubes**, **Premium Tuners**, and **Shell Credits**.

Unlike the weekly points, you can farm these Waveplate-based rewards as many times as you like, making this mode a key source of progression materials.

---

### Tips for Success
- **Use Dreamscape Aid Resonators**: Each week, check which Resonators are boosted and include at least one in your team to maximize Illusive Points.
- **Choose Metaphors Wisely**: Focus on Metaphors that synergize with your team and enhance your Lucid Dream state for tougher zones.
- **Manage Waveplates**: While the mode offers great rewards, be mindful of your Waveplate usage, especially if you’re saving for other activities.

---

### Summary
For the week of **April 27 to May 4, 2025**, log in on Monday, April 27, to see the new Dreamscape Aid Resonators and plan your team accordingly. By strategically building your team and leveraging the Lucid Dream mechanic, you can efficiently earn your weekly rewards and make the most of this permanent game mode in *Wuthering Waves*.
