Borzzikman calls attention to the newest failure of the US MIC to conquer the science of re-entry heat handling that is necessary to any hypersonic missile enterprise, this particular test failure occurring in April of this year. That makes about forty years of failure. The costs of these failures you can surely guess would keep an average city fed for years. Meanwhile, Russia's Zircon missiles, just one of an array of hypersonics in the arsenal, are parked in Kaliningrad well within reach of every European center of business or military assets. Likewise, the Zircon has been carried on most of the submarine fleet for years.
