Mahmood discusses the recent response of the Saudi government to calls from the US diplomatic service to meet with them in regard to the "normalization of relations with 'Israel'". Their response was cordial and welcomed a meeting but with absolutely no inclusion of the issue of normalization, which to Saudi Arabia no longer exists.
