The "new" antisemitism on campus

The antisemitic murder and mutilation spree in Israel (on October 7, 2023) and the antisemitic celebrations of it in America and Europe took many by surprise. Yet it is hardly surprising. American universities have long been a safe haven for the BDS campaign to impose sanctions & boycotts against Israel and Israelis, and to eliminate Israel as a Jewish state. Moreover, antisemitism is just one form of bigotry and discrimination that disfavored groups face on campus.
