Ukrainian Security Services Behind Attack on Russian General, Says Parliamentary Committee Secretary

Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, confirmed that Ukraine's special services were responsible for the explosion that targeted Russian Major General Yaroslav Moskalyuk.

"This was the right job done by our intelligence — and this direction, eliminating criminals who have shot at civilians, launched missiles, analyzed targets, made decisions, and given orders — will remain the main task of our security services and the development of Ukraine's Security Service for the next 10, 20, 30 years — as long as it takes."
