The Hebrew clearly proves that God is not a single, isolated being. The word Elohim is plural, and in Genesis 35:7, the verb used—niglu—literally means “THEY appeared,” not “He appeared.” That is not a grammar mistake. It is divine truth showing multiple persons acting as one God. Again in Genesis 20:13, Abraham says, “God caused me to wander,” but the verb is plural—they caused me to wander. This is not some vague metaphor. The text screams it: GOD is a unity of divine persons.

And when the Angel of the LORD speaks in Genesis 31:13 and says, “I AM the God of Bethel,” He doesn't speak for God, He speaks AS God. That’s a divine person—this is the pre-incarnate Jesus Christ revealing Himself before He took on flesh.

This is undeniable. The Old Testament points straight to the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—One God in three divine Persons. No twisting, no explaining it away. The Hebrew backs it. The Angel speaks as God. The verbs are plural. Wake up!

Bible Verses:
