Cory Booker staged a sit-in on the Capitol steps to protest the GOP's budget proposal. This sit-in was preceded by an 8-hour sleep-in and a 45-minute eat-in, where the group defiantly drank coffee and ate some buttered toast with a touch of strawberry jam. So, as you can see, this protest was oh-so-very, very serious.
