Cloud Seeding and Geoenginering: Earliest Recorded successful insident Project Cirrus 1947

Patrick Ben David talks about the first successful cloud seeding experiment to be know, called Project Cirrus from Oct 14 1947. They made a hurricane redirect with crushed dry ice. Cloud Seeding is also called Geoengenering by many. It can be a real danger if it gets out of control. As well people can use it to do other things besides trying to control the weather but to control what people inhale and let into their system.
