The Liberal Government has bailed out Carney’s friends in Telesat, who were handed a contract to keep a failing business afloat. Not having put a new GEO satellite in 10 years due to continuing falling demand for main stream television, the main users of their products.

Although Starlink is available in all of Canada, the Liberal xenophobia of all things made in the USA has led to yet another taxpayer funded sink hole to produce a “Canadian” solution, using an American majority share held company no less, to avoid using Starlink, which is available now.
