Hi everyone! ❤️ here’s a leg workout that only requires a dumbbell! This is great for my beginners, and you’ll definitely feel the burn! All you need is a dumbbell and of course a Jess Right Fitness resistance band won’t hurt!

Superset | 4 sets
10 x dumbbell sumo squats
10 x dumbbell squat pulses

Superset | 4 sets
10 x Bench hip thrusts
10 x B stance hip thrusts

Superset | 3 sets
10 x Single leg deadlift
10 x Romanian deadlifts

Superset | 3 sets
10 x dumbbell pull through
20 x elevated Glute bridges

Superset | 3 sets
10 x Bulgarian split squat
10 x jump lunges
