Metzora - Restored and Sanctified

In Leviticus 14, we learn of the process for restoring a healed leper and treating a leprous house. These instructions are meant literally, but they are also a metaphor of us. The leper is restored through a process almost identical to that used in the commissioning of a priest. This is because we are meant to be a Kingdom of Priests, so a healed leper is going through a process of being restored to his rightful office of YHWH's priest to the nations.
