Wrapping up a solid chest, triceps, and shoulders session! 💪🔥 But it wasn’t all smooth sailing… Turns out slamming my elbow into a wood slab at work wasn’t the smartest move. 😅 The tricep extensions? Brutal. Had to modify the workout big time, focusing more on pushdowns instead. My left arm got a better pump than my right, but hey, gotta work with what you’ve got!

Chest presses felt great, but the flies? Not so much. Something in my back felt off, probably from sleeping weird, and the benches weren’t helping. Shoulder flies, though—chef’s kiss. 💯

Biggest lesson today? Listen to your body. Adjust when needed. The grind doesn’t stop, but neither does injury prevention.
